✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the Smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in. ✹ We do not offer late checkout or early check-in. If possible, accommodating such requests may incur a $50 charge per hour. ✹ The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ✹ Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabin. Please book for the correct number of people in your group. ✹ Under no circumstances can we have guests throwing wild parties. Our resort is constantly monitored. Located in a small upscale community within the highly desirable Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg, within 10 minutes of downtown Gatlinburg and 6 minutes of the Ober Gatlinburg Summit. Built on the mountainside, the vistas of Mt. LeConte is amazing.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire chalet. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available. Two full-size vehicles will fit in the private drive in front of the chalet. Additional one parking space is located at the end of the street. We also provide a free 220vEV charger for your convenience. Tesla owners, please bring your own adapters. ✹ **In-Season Access (Memorial Day to Labor Day)** Each clubhouse has a pool, open daily from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, although hours may vary due to weather and attendance. During this time, the clubhouses provide the following amenities: - Fitness Center (located at the South Baden Clubhouse) - One Tennis Court and Two Pickleball Courts (located at the North Clubhouse, bring your own equipment) - WiFi, Changing Rooms, and Showers (bring your own towels) To access the clubhouses and their amenities, you’ll find a clubhouse access pass on the fireplace mantle in the living room. Please return the pass to the mantle after each use, as there is a $50 replacement fee for lost, stolen, or revoked passes. Some clubhouses also offer meeting and event rooms for rent. **Off-Season Access (Labor Day to Memorial Day)** During the off-season, access to certain amenities is available on a limited basis: - Fitness Center at South Baden Clubhouse: Open only when clubhouse staff are on-site. Staff hours may vary, so please call the office as us for the number. - Tennis and Pickleball Courts at North Clubhouse: Open year-round and accessible via the back parking lot. During the off-season, the courts must be accessed from the rear of the clubhouse, as the pool area is closed. Please bring your own equipment.
